Des fractales dans SuperBase. SuperBase est l'un des plus anciens gestionnaires de données sous Windows. La version 2.0 intègre [...] un nouveau format d'image, baptisé FIF (Fractal Image Format). Utilisant Fractal Transform, un traducteur réalisé par une société américaine du nom de Iterated Systems [...], SuperBase modélise l'ensemble de points constituant l'image en une suite de formules mathématiques utilisant la théorie des fractales. Les images peuvent donc être compressées (rapport de 1 à 100 en l6 millions de couleurs).
